个人简介:

1987年于兰州大学获得物理学专业(磁学方向)学士学位,1990年于兰州大学获得凝聚态物理学专业(半导体物理与器件方向)硕士学位,1998年于兰州大学获得微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。

    19999-20006月在加拿大曼拟托巴大学物理与天文学习作访问学者,从事光纤通讯波导研究工作;20027-200212月在澳大利亚悉尼大学电子与计算机工程学院作高级访问学者,从事光子学通讯及其集成器件研究工作。1990年于兰州大学参加工作,1999年担任微电子研究所所长至今。长期从事微电子器件与集成电路教学与科研工作,2010年入选甘肃省领军人才,2012年担任国际功率电子与运动控制学会议器件分会主席。承担国家和省部级科技攻关以及微电子行业合作项目10多项,发表学术论文100余篇获得部级科技攻关重大成果奖1次(课题组)、省部级科技进步三等奖3次,授权专利18项。培养博士、硕士生70余人。兼任《半导体技术》编委、中国仪器仪表学会微纳器件与系统技术分会高级会员、全国半导体器件标准化技术委员会委员等职。

研究方向:


 

1. 器件物理与器件模型

    微纳电子器件、光电子器件、传感器件建模器件物理研究。

2. 集成电路设计

   基于FPGAIC设计与应用技术研究。

3. 功率半导体器件

   Si/ SiC/GaN基高频(微波)功率器件的设计、制造技术及应用基础研究。
