    兰伟,男,1979年生,副教授,硕士生导师。20026月毕业于兰州大学物理系获理学学士学位;20076月,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院凝聚态物理专业半导体物理方向博士研究生毕业,获理学博士学位;之后留校工作,200812月被遴选为硕士生导师,20095月晋升为副教授。201010月到2011年11月在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校材料科学与工程系John A Rogers院士小组作博士后,从事碳纳米管与石墨烯基电子器件研究。曾主持和参与国家自然科学基金、北京市拔尖创新人才选拔计划、国防863子课题、甘肃省自然科学基金等多项研究。目前主要从事新型透明导电薄膜、太阳能转化与存储相关纳米材料方面的应用基础研究。在国际权威期刊上发表SCI 论文50篇,ISI 统计SCI 论文被引用1000 多次,H因子为19申报国家专利11 项,其中已授权5 项。
