个人简介
    彭尚龙,男,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院副教授,研究生导师,深圳先进研究院客座研究员。分别于2003年和2008年获得兰州大学学士和博士学位,毕业后留校任教,先后被兰州大学物理科学与技术学院聘为讲师、副教授、研究生导师。2010年至2011年在韩国首尔国立大学工学院材料科学与工程系,2012年至2013年在香港科技大学电子与计算机工程系,以及2015年至2016年在美国华盛顿大学材料科学与工程系,分别以博士后、高级研究助理和访问学者身份从事研究工作。并于2012年至2014年期间在中国科学院半导体研究所师从王占国院士开展博士后研究工作。目前主要研究方向半导体能源材料的设计、表界面调控及其在能量转换与存储领域的应用。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上和青年基金项目、甘肃省自然科学基金项目和中央高校基本科研业务专项资金项目,并参与完成了多项国家自然科学基金项目。已在Advanced Energy Materials, Nano Energy, J. Mater. Chem. A, Journal of Power Source, Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., Materials Letters等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇,2010年开始,先后开展了与美国、韩国和香港的科研合作,包括科研项目合作和研究生培养的合作。
研究方向
    半导体能源材料的设计、表界面调控及其在能量转换与存储领域的应用。具体研究方向包括:

1. 柔性可穿戴全固态超级电容器电极材料研发;

2. 硅基有机/无机杂化太阳电池材料研发;

3. 柔性纤维状量子点敏化太阳电池研发;

4. 柔性可穿戴集能量转换与存储为一体的器件研发。
