个人简介:

1999年7月-2003年7月东南大学物理系本科。

2003年7月-2007年7月复旦大学物理系凝聚态物理硕博连读。

2007年8月-2009年8月赴挪威科技大学进行博士后研究。

2009年8月-2010年7月赴新加坡国立大学做研究员。

2010年8月-2016年6月至今受聘为兰州大学物理学院副教授。

2016年7月-至今受聘为兰州大学物理学院教授

在AFM,PRL,PRB,Nanoscale等SCI期刊发表文章20余篇,它引150多次。

主持国家自然科学面上基金1项,国家自然科学青年基金1项,甘肃省自然科学基金1项。

研究方向:

1.自旋电子学

2.低维材料的磁性和输运性质研究

3.半导体自旋注入和传输
