2009年12月,理学博士,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院;

2008年10月~2009年9月,美国加州大学伯克利分校(University of Calinifornia, Berkeley)联合培养博士生;

2004年7月,理学学士,兰州大学物理学“国家理科基础科学研究与教学人才培养基地”电子材料与器件工程专业。

工作经历:

2013年12月~至今,兰州大学凝聚态物理硕士生导师;

2012年6月~至今,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院副教授;

2014年3月~2015年3月,比利时根特大学(Ghent University)理学院 BELSPO-Marie Curie博士后。

2012年11月~2013年1月,葡萄牙波尔图大学(University of Porto)工程学院 Erasmus Mundus-MOVER访问学者;
