个人简介:田永辉:男,博士,副教授。2006年7月毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,获得微电子专业学士学位。2006年7-2007年12月 广东汕头华汕电子器件有限公司任助理工程师。2008年9月-2013年7月中国科学院半导体研究所硕博连读,获得微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。2013年7月聘任为兰州大学物理科学与技术学院副教授。目前在国际著名光学期刊及国际会议发表学术论文20多篇,其中在Laser & Photonics Reviews, Optics Letters, Optics Express, IEEE Photonics Technology Letters等著名光学期刊发表学术论文近二十篇,相关成果得到国内外同行的一致好评。申请国家专利12项,其中授权专利5项。2012获得中国科学院院长优秀奖和朱李月华优秀博士生奖金,2013年获得中国科学院院长奖学金优秀奖,2014年获得中国科学院优秀博士论文奖。

研究方向:用于光信息处理的光子器件及其集成系统,包括以下几个具体方向:

  1. 用于高通量数据处理的硅基集成化光学导向逻辑件
  2. 用于芯片上光互连及光交换的光学路由器
  3. 可重构光学上下路插分复用器
  4. 片上集成化的光学复用/解复用器
