姓名:靳志文

						靳志文,1990年出生于山西省朔州市,2011年于兰州大学材料化学专业获得学士学位,2016年于中国科学院化学研究所获材料学博士学位,后续在陕西师范大学从事博士后研究,2018年10月被兰州大学聘为教授。兼任《SusMat》杂志青年编委、中国感光学会光电材料和器件分会委员。曾先后荣获兰州大学“萃英学者”、“青年五四奖章”、“国华杰出学者”等荣誉,并入选科睿唯安全球高被引学者榜单。

目前,以第一、通讯或共同通讯作者在Nat. Commun.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Joule,Mater. Today,Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater.,Nano Lett.,Adv. Funct. Mater.等高水平学术期刊发表论文70余篇,其中一篇论文获“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”及“陕西省自然科学优秀学术论文奖”。获授权中国发明专利5项,应邀参与撰写了《钙钛矿材料与器件》(Wiley出版)和《X射线探测:医学成像与工业应用》(Springer 出版)两本著作。近三年来,共主持国家、省部级纵/横向项目4项,中央高校学科交叉创新团队建设项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划1项,担任科技部国家重点研发计划重点专项、国家自然科学基金等国家、省部级项目的会评函评专家,及Nat. Photon., JACS, Adv. Mater.等国际知名学术期刊审稿人,并多次在国内外重要学术会议上做邀请报告。

						 研究主要聚焦于金属卤化物半导体材料及其光电功能器件(X射线探测器与太阳电池)产业化进程中遇到的基础性科学问题和工艺技术瓶颈,拟通过相关材料与器件的结构设计提高其光电性能与稳定性,并探寻影响性能变化的光电物理和器件物理机制。

具体研究方向:
1.功能半导体材料的合成及半导体薄膜的生长;
2.太阳电池、光电探测器及X射线检测成像应用;
3.光电功能器件相关物理问题的模拟、计算与分析。
					
						成立新型光电功能材料与器件研究团队,包括教授一名,青年研究员一名,副教授两名,团队每年招收研究生2-3人。目前指导或合作指导在读博士生4人,在读研究生20人。
